According to the Ukrainian military reports that shells fired by Russian-backed fighters have caused considerable damage in Krasnohorivka, in the Donetsk region, damaging a hospital and a school.

At least eight civilians have been wounded in shelling against the Ukrainian-controlled frontline city of Krasnohorivka, some 600 kilometers southeast of Kyiv.
As many as 14 buildings were damaged or destroyed, including a local school, a hospital and several residential houses, the Donetsk Oblast police reports on May 28.
The shelling from multiple-launch missile systems engaged by Russian-led forces started at 6:40 a.m. local time. An hour later, the police started evacuating the personnel and patients from the city’s hospital due to grave danger.

"Russian occupiers have again mounted attacks on Krasnohorivka. Firing from Grad systems, tanks, mortars. There are direct hits on buildings," he wrote on Facebook on Sunday morning. "Explosions have damaged the buildings of secondary school No. 2, the hospital. The school's second floor has caught fire," he added.
