An Invasion By Any Other Name: The Kremlin’s Dirty War in Ukraine
At the Ukrainian military’s briefing on Sunday morning, July 23, the spokesperson for Ukraine’s Defense Ministry, Andrey Lysenko, reported that no casualties had been accrued over the previous 24 hours, and the Ukrainian military had only witnessed 15 ceasefire violations.

In particular, Russia’s hybrid military forces attacked Ukrainian troops eight times in the Luhansk sector. The Donetsk sector saw six instances of the violation of the ceasefire, three of them were committed with the use of mortars. There were four attacks in the Mariupol sector.
