Russia-backed forces attacked 25 times in the previous reporting period, and three Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in battle, Unian.net reported.
The Avdeyevka industrial zone was the area most under attack, with mortar-launchers, a tank, and grenade-launchers. One Ukrainian soldier was injured in this battle.
On the Lugansk line, it was relatively quiet but small arms and grenade-launchers were fired near Novozvanovka and Novoaleksandrovka.
Russia-backed militants also shelled civilian homes in Zaytsevo, the ATO reported yesterday, August 18.
On the Mariupol line, militants fired on the approaches to Chermalik with 82-mm mortar-launchers and heavy machine guns. At night, they pounded Pavlopol, Lebedinskoye and Shirokino. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded here.
