3 Ukrainian Soldiers Wounded in 2 Days; Europe Extends Sanctions on Russia; US to Deliver More Humvees

There were only three attacks recorded along the line of contact in Avdeyevka and Zaytsevo as Russia continued to promote its peacekeeping plan abroad, but 2 Ukrainian soldiers were wounded, Liga.net reported, citing the ATO [Anti-Terrorist Operation] dispatch. Earlier the ATO reported one soldier wounded in the previous reporting period, bringing the total to 3 in the last two days.

In other news: 

The US plans to deliver another batch of Humvees to Ukraine, including some medical vehicles.
The Council of Europe extended for another six months its sanctions on Russia for its violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity. Now a total of 149 individuals and 38 companies are on the list.
Former Estonian Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius said in an interview with Ukrinform that Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to prevent the West from supporting successful economic development in Ukraine so that ordinary people will become dissatisfied and vote for candidates opposing the EU and NATO.
