Ceasefire violations in Ukraine have been reported by the the Ukrainian military and the Russian-backed fighters.
According to Unian.info, Ukrainian positions across much of the front were attacked, in both the Donetsk and Lugansk regions:
A record number of attacks in recent weeks has been reported in the Donetsk direction where the combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions 62 times, as well as eight times in the Mariupol sector and one time in the Luhansk sector, the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) reported on Sunday.

A record number of attacks in recent weeks has been reported in the Donetsk direction where the combined Russian-separatist forces attacked Ukrainian army positions 62 times, as well as eight times in the Mariupol sector and one time in the Luhansk sector, the press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) reported on Sunday.
In what the Russian news agency TASS calls “punitive action,” the Russian-backed separatists claim the Ukrainian military has launched plenty attacks of its own on Sunday:
The Ukrainian military are responsible for 57 violations of the ceasefire regime over the past 24 hours, the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) told the Donetsk News Agency on Sunday.
“Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military 200 times opened fire on the republic’s territory in 57 violations of the ceasefire regime,” the source said.
Under most intensive fire was the part of road connecting Donetsk and Gorlovka near the Yasinovataya checkpoint, where the pro-Kiev military used tanks, launched 43 mines of 82 and 120 mm caliber.
Among the shelled areas were settlements Zaitsevo, Yakovlevka, Spartak, Staromikhailovka, Novaya Tavriya, Kominternovo, Sosnovskoye and the area of the Donetsk airport and the Volvo Center.

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military are responsible for 57 violations of the ceasefire regime over the past 24 hours, the defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) told the Donetsk News Agency on Sunday.
Last week Ukrainian pilot, MP, and member of the Council of Europe, Nadiya Savchenko, ended her dry hunger strike and was reportedly improving in health, but was still suffering from health issues, including heart palpitations, as a result of her hunger and water strikes.
The Russian government has repeatedly denied access to Savchenko by a team of Ukrainian doctors.

Russia was prepared to allow Ukrainian doctors to visit Ukrainian woman Nadia Savchenko held in custody on an exceptional basis, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin.
Today, Unian.info reports that the team of doctors left Russia without having visited Savchenko, according to Savchenko’s lawyer Nikolay Polozov who posted the news on Facebook.
