LIVE UPDATES: President Donald Trump has asked national security advisor Michael Flynn to resign after FBI intercepts of his conversations with the Russian ambassador to the US indicated he gave “incomplete information” and withheld that the lifting of sanctions were discussed. The US says a Russian cruise missile is in violation of a 1987 arms-control treaty.
